Marion Shares Swamp Fox Festival Details Posted 23 July 2008 The City of Marion has posted information about this year's Swamp Fox Festival and it's preliminary schedule on their website http://www.cityofmarion.org/.   The annual Swamp Fox Festival is scheduled to take place this year on Thursday, Sept. 4 through Sunday, Sept. 7, and will feature a wide variety of fun and family-oriented activities.   Registrations are now being accepted for the Mayor's Swamp Fox Two Person Golf Outing to be held on Thursday, Sept. 4. Cost is $80.00 per team and participants can choose either the 8:00 a.m. Morning Classic or 1:00 p.m. Afternoon Classic. Call Indian Creek County Club for reservations at 377-4489.
