Supervisors to Meet Today, Tomorrow Posted 22 July 2008 The Linn County Board of Supervisors will hold an Informal Session this morning, Tuesday, July 22, beginning at 9 a.m. at Westdale Mall in the Upper Level. Included on today's agenda are departmental updates and a discussion and possible action on flood related items. Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 23, the Linn County Board of Supervisors will hold a Formal Session beginning at 9 a.m. in the Press Room of the Continuing Education Building at Kirkwood Community College located at 7725 Kirkwood Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids.   Their agenda for tomorrow includes: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC COMMENT: This comment period is for the public to address topics on today’s agenda. CONSENT AGENDA RESOLUTIONS Resolution setting public hearing for July 30, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. for the conveyance of vacated road right of way for a portion of Prairie Chapel Road. Resolution to restrict bridge #762 located over the Wapsipinicon River in section 19-86-6 to 5 tons maximum gross vehicle weight. Resolution authorizing St. Jude’s Parish to conduct the 2008 St. Jude’s Kernel’s Fun Run on Ellis Rd. NW on Aug. 9, 2008. Resolution approving Hocken/Larson Temporary Use for an Outdoor Live Music Event at the Marion Airport on July 24, 2008 and Aug. 2, 2008, Case#TU-06-08.
