Supervisors to Meet Today, Tomorrow

The Linn County Board of Supervisors will hold an Informal Session this morning, Tuesday, July 22, beginning at 9 a.m. at Westdale Mall in the Upper Level. Included on today's agenda are departmental updates and a discussion and possible action on flood related items.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 23, the Linn County Board of Supervisors will hold a Formal Session beginning at 9 a.m. in the Press Room of the Continuing Education Building at Kirkwood Community College located at 7725 Kirkwood Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids.

Resolution authorizing St. Jude’s Parish to conduct the 2008 St. Jude’s Kernel’s Fun Run on Ellis Rd. NW on Aug. 9, 2008.

Resolution approving Hocken/Larson Temporary Use for an Outdoor Live Music Event at the Marion Airport on July 24, 2008 and Aug. 2, 2008, Case#TU-06-08.

Approve and sign IDOT Federal Aid Agreement for Project # STP-S-C057(95)—5E-57 for 6 inch PCC Overlay on Central City Road from Sutton Road to Iowa 13.

Approve and sign 28E Agreement with the City of Lisbon for improvements to Gillette Lane from the south side of the railroad crossing to West Main Street.
