P&Z Commission to Meet

The Marion Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in regular session
tonight, Tuesday, July 8, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of Marion City Hall.

CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST -

CPC Resolution No. 08-11 regarding Linn Aire Properties/Linn-Mar
Community Schools request for a conditional use to allow classrooms for
Linn-Mar Community Schools Alternative School Program in the I-2,
General Industrial zoning district (500 – 57th Street). (Case

ZONING CODE AMENDMENT -

CPC Resolution No. 08-12 regarding amendment to the Marion Code of
