Monticello Man Faces Arson, Theft Charges Posted 5 July 2008 Caleb Dowell, 21 of Monticello, is facing several charges following an investigation in Jones County.   Law enforcement officials say a fire last month in a vacant apartment above the Anamosa Bowling Center in Anamosa was set on purpose.   Police have also determined a string of vehicle thefts are related. Dowell faces several charges stemming from the crimes in Anamosa including first degree arson. He also faces additional charges in Jones County and Monticello.
