Task Force to Hold First Meeting in Cedar Rapids August 27

The initial meeting
of the Lake Delhi Recover and Rebuild Task Force will take place at
Kirkwood Community College at 10 a.m. on Aug. 27. The purpose of this
first meeting of the Task Force is establish a timeline, meeting
schedule, committee members, etc., and will not allow for public
input. Four public meetings will be held in the Lake Delhi area,
between September and the end of November that will allow for public
involvement and input. These meeting dates will be shared as soon as
the schedule is finalized.
Bret Mills, director of the Iowa Department of Economic Development,
was designated to serve as Chair of the Task Force.
